6. Force majeure: due to typhoons and other natural disasters:
6.1. Due to weather conditions on the day of departure, the ship is not issued a night sleep permission, the cruise company or agent will notify the passenger of the cancellation of the cruise and will refund the money if the guest has paid in advance.
6.2. In case guests have to change from a 3-day, 2-night itinerary to a 2-day, 1-night cruise, the price will be calculated according to the 2-day, 1-night program plus the difference in ticket prices between 2 days, 1-night and 3 days, 2-nights. Due to this force majeure, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded to the Halong Bay Management Board.
6.3. Due to weather conditions on the day of departure, the ship is not issued an overnight permit but is given permission to sail during the day. Passengers can choose one of the following two options:
6.3.1 Visit the bay during the day and return during the day. The tour price will be converted into a day tour of Ha Long Bay, and that price will be calculated according to the Ha Long tour of the day. After deducting the cost of the 1-day tour, guests will receive the remaining amount.
6.3.2. Not visit the bay during the day. A service fee for transportation and return to Hanoi will be charged; the cost of meals on the way back will be borne by guests.
