Although mostly influenced by Indochina design, Heritage Binh Chuan Cruise is nonetheless able to convey past traditions and cultures. 6. Force majeure:
In bad weather situation: the cruise line has the right to cancel all or a portion of the itinerary if the weather has an impact on the cruise program. The following surcharges will be applied:
+ Full refund if cancellation is made before 11 a.m. on the departure date.
+ If the port authorities cancels the day or overnight cruise due to bad weather and the program is shortened, lunch will be charged at 1,833,000 VND (80$) per person. The remaining amount will be reimbursed.
+ The cost for a day cruise program is 2,820,000 VND (123$) per person per day (if the program is shortened and simply lunch and 3- to 4-hour shore excursions are offered). The remaining amount will be reimbursed.
+ In the case that the 3-day/2-night cruise is cut short, a cancellation fee will apply as a table below:
